Shipping

 

All orders are processed within 24 hours. We ship every day except Sunday because that's the Lord's day — but mainly because the post office is closed on Sundays. So dumb.

Domestic orders ship via USPS Priority. International orders ship via UPS or DHL Express.

Imagine waiting weeks for something you ordered? That could never be us. We don't do preorders and we ship your order in a very timely matter because we actually like our customers.

International customers may be subject to duties and fees upon arrival. These charges are out of our hands — we have no way of calculating them before your order is placed and unfortunately can't cover them.

If you enter the wrong shipping address, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Double check your info before placing your order.

Lost or stolen packages: once your order leaves our hands, it's in the carrier's hands. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. If this happens, reach out to the carrier directly with your tracking number.

If your order arrives damaged, email us at contact@nicholasaguas.com with your order number and photos and we'll take care of you.
